Hi, my name is Bitsy Dog Walker but everybody just calls me Bitsy. I was born on Thanksgiving Day in 2007 and came to
live with my human family when I was 7 weeks old. My Great Grandma was a Cocker Spaniel and my Great Grandpa was a Poodle
and that makes me a Cockapoo. The first time Dad took me to the doctor she said that I was so smart and confident that
I needed a job. That was a polite way of saying I had waaaay too much energy. Anyway, Dad started taking me to
school and I loved it! When I graduated I heard that people said I was the youngest dog that they ever knew to graduate
from dog school. I didn’t know what I wanted to do when
I grew up but Dad knew I liked people so after a while he took me to another school where I learned to be something he
called a therapy dog. After I got out of that school we started going to places where people sit around and wait for
me to come visit them. Boy, that’s cool! People talk real sweet to me and hold me and rub my fur and I show
my appreciation by doing tricks for them. A little later we got into a program called “See Spot Read” where children
read to a dog named Spot. Spot must be real busy because he never has shown up so the children read to me! That’s
like heaven because children are my favorite people! And that’s how I came to have my job!
My favorite pastimes when I’m not working are
spending quite time with Mom while she reads, taking long walks with Mom & Dad, playing games and doing dog agility training
with Dad at Superior Dog Training.
"Suzanne of Superior Dog Training was a Godsend!! My lab puppy Zoe was a bundle of fun and love...but high energy especially
when visitors arrived. With patience and enthusiasm, Suzie guided us through lessons that worked, sometimes instantly. If
one style wasn't effective she always had other options up her sleeve!! Being consistent and spending time with any dog
is important in teaching manners and good behavior, and giving them opportunities to succeed. Suzannes' mantra "make
come a happy command" is the best advice ever! Suzanne loves her work, loves dogs and loves helping pet owners succeed
with their pups!" Laura Slack of Cary, NC
"I met Suzi when I thought I was going to go mad with a puppy that was getting bigger by the day, would not listen and
could out think me! In the three years that I have been training with Suzi, she has taught me a lot about myself and my dog.
Her love of dogs and training is reflected in the time she takes to get to know you both and the patience shown when working
on solutions for suitable doggy behavior. Strangers comment on how well behaved and polite my dog is. I highly recommend Superior
Dog Training."Toni A. McFarland of Durham, NC
Here is Sonny, when we first got him, I couldn't even breathe. Suzanne and I had met a couple of years before when I went
and rescued a dog that was brain damaged (though we didn't know it at the time) Suzanne came out and was so helpful and
supportive and we developed a great friendship. When it came time to put Baby Puppy down due to her mental retardation, Suzanne
cried right along with me. She had been a great support to me during that emotional time. Baby Puppy is in heaven now and
Suzanne has moved away from where I lived, however, I called her when we got Sonny and even though she could not be with me
face to face to train, she helped me for hours over the phone and sent me various instructions and again gave me the confidence
to train Sonny with her help over the phone. Suzanne has a love for dogs that I have never seen before, but it's the love
for the dogs owners too that make her exceptional and above all the rest. Thank you Suzanne for not only being my dog trainer
long distance, but also being my friend.

On a cold January night we lost one of our best friends, a 14-year old chocolate lab named Dan L. Boone. A few weeks
later my husband was ready to look for a new puppy, however for me the heartache was too fresh and I did not want to hear
anything about a new dog. However, my husband paid no attention and started calling around to find another lab with a good
bloodline. He called people from all over the country, traveling, looking at puppies but nothing felt right.“. “
Just not what I’m looking for” he would say.
Then one day we were able to locate a former employee
who raised labs. She just happened to have a litter of pups almost ready to go. Three of the puppies were not spoken for and
we were welcome to come see them. She also mention a one-year old male that had been in training for the New York Port Authority
and had just been returned to her because he did not like heights and was going to be cut from the program.
After spending 3 hours trying to decide which puppy to bring home (they were all so cute) I asked if we could see the one
year old. My husband took him outside in a snow-covered yard while I watched from the window. We fell in love with him and
decided he was the one for us.
The challenge started immediately. “Ben” (short for Bentley) would
not get into our pickup truck. My husband had to lift him in and he laid on my lap and did not move for the next hour as we
drove home. When we got home he was really, really scared. For days he kept his tail pulled under and showed no signs of affection.
We then realized that we needed to un-train everything he had learned.
We spent hours sitting on the floor, talking
softly to him, giving him massages and playing music, he especially liked classical.
He would lie on the floor and
be very relaxed. After a few weeks I enrolled him in an 8-week basic obedience class. He was very apprehensive but loved being
around other dogs. Making progress I signed up for another 8-week session. Wanting to go onto more advance training I searched
the Internet for a trainer. I found Suzanne and couldn’t believe she was only a few miles away! From the moment
“Ben” and I met Suzanne I knew this was going to be a great experience. She looks at each dog as an individual
and helps to build the relationship between the dog and owner. Suzanne is soft spoken, does not show partiality to one breed
over another and knows what the owner needs to do to correct the dog’s bad habits. I relate her to a “Dog Whisper”
she knows how to read dogs and their habits. “Ben” loved Suzanne he relaxed and was willing to do
what was asked. With Suzanne’s help Ben received his Canine Good Citizen Certificate and a few months later passed the
International Therapy Dog test.
Today, thanks to Suzanne’s help, “Ben” is a very spoiled, very
happy, and very well behaved pet. He loves when we visit retirement homes and even has his own fan club. As soon as the residents
hear Ben is in the building they all come looking for him. What a joy to see the smiles one everyone’s face, including
Ben.
Very helpful and fun. Easy to learn. Well worth the time. Very Knowledgeable. R.F.
When we first brought our puppy of 7 1/2 weeks home, we
knew we needed help.Neither of us had raised a puppy before and our frustration levels were rising fast. Through word of mouth, from 3 different people, we first heard the name Suzanne. Everyone
talked so highly of this person and we knew we just had to call her. In such a short time we realized we had made a perfect
choice. Suzanne gave us the tools necessary to not only co-exist with our new puppy, but also helped us become the family
we are today. What attracted us to Superior Dog Training was Suzanne's obvious love of her job and of animals.
We
especially love the way she personally greets each dog at every class and takes time to get on the floor and interact with
them. She is commited to address every issue, large or small, and offer many soultions to try. We attended her beginner puppy
class and are curently signed up for her intermediate class. Thank you Suzanne for being a great resource, a dedicated professional
and a wonderful friend. M&S M.
Suzanne was great with Dulcie. She paid attention to Dulcie's personality and geared her training to
Dulcie's needs. She also made sure that my husband and I knew how to continue to train Dulcie after the class was finished.
We all learned a lot! Thanks. K.L.
Suzanne not only loves working with dogs, she gives 110% of herself to all aspects of
the training process. Maycha my Dutch Shepherd and I learned a lot while having fun. Maycha now heels, comes when she is called
and exhibits fewer bad behaviors. Thanks for everything Suzanne. S.F.

Freckles was 6 months old when we met Suzanne at a local pet store. My girls and I were thrilled to finally be dog
owners but found the task of raising a puppy difficult. Suzanne came to our home and neighborhood and taught us the behaviors
of dogs and how to communicate with our new family member. Freckles took to her right away as if to say, "finally
someone who understands me!" She was warm, friendly, enthusiastic and very encouraging at a time when we were overwhelmed.
She helped my entire family and I develop a strong bond with Freckles and shape him into an obedient, loyal and delightful
family pet. We continued with Suzanne from basic to intermediate training. Her classroom structure and style of teaching made
the task of training with other dogs and destractions fun and rewarding. Suzanne has taken us from overwhelmed to overjoyed
with our new family member. We're thrilled we met on that fated day and freckles has enjoyed every moment with her! Thank
you, Suzanne. Some day soon when Freckles officially becomes a therapy dog and touches the lives of those in need...our hearts
will look to you with gratitude!

Sasha, a one year old Husky was a gift from my sister. Two years ago, I lost my best friend, Brandy, a nine year
old Boxer female. I wasn’t sure I even wanted another dog. My sister brought Sasha home from the S.P.C.A. She was three
months old and unmanageable. Brandy was the perfect dog. She ate, slept, and played occasionally. She fit right into my life
style. She was not destructive, she didn’t jump on strangers, and most of all, she was gentle and loving. Sasha’s
introduction into my life was less than perfect. Sasha was all the things that Brandy was not. She was timid and shy.
She was destructive with furniture, and she jumped on everyone and everything. In addition to that, she barked constantly.
Prior to having Suzanne come into my home, I was ready to take Sasha back to the S.P.C.A. or look for a family who could give
her a good home. She jumped on the baby and that behavior really scared me. Brandy would have never done that and I wasn’t
sure what to do. My vet, Alpha, recommended Suzanne. After one week, Sasha showed an amazing ability to listen and to calm
down. Prior to having Suzanne to my home, I couldn’t even take Sasha for a walk because she would take me out at the
knees and run in circles. Once Suzanne began to work with her and ME, I learned how to communicate to Sasha in a language
that she would understand and feel more comfortable with her. I walk Sasha twice a day (once before work and once after
work). Her personality has changed and I feel my life has less chaos since Suzanne worked with Sasha. Most and foremost, through
this experience and training, I learned that Sasha was not my Brandy and her personality was different and needed to be respected.
I also learned that I could get comfortable having another dog and it could be a wonderful experience. I learned that I have
a responsibility to Sasha and owning a dog is a life time commitment. Thank you Suzanne for all of your help! Maria.

Suzanne's dog training lessons are absolutely the best! Not only are they convenient, because Suzanne works
around your schedule, but the results are amazing. Our dog Molson was rescued from a shelter and definitely a "diamond
in the rough." After working with Suzanne he is now the perfect family pet. Now that we have completed basic obedience
training we are looking forward to the advanced/Canine Good Citizen training. We always reccoment Suzanne to everyone we know.
P.M.

"We Believe that with Suzanne's help, this greatly improved our dog Caseys' learning curve. Suzanne
showed us valualbe tips and training techniques that proved very helpful while following up on his training between sessions."
K.H. A sister was boughrt for Casey and she has picked up the training like a champ. Roxey and Casey are the perfect
pair.
"Our experience with Suzanne (Superior Dog
Training) has been wonderful. Because of our busy lives we were looking for someone to come to our home to help us train our
Golden Retriever puppy, Oliver. We were very impressed with Suzanne’s knowledge, experience and most of all, her compassion
and love for animals. Not only has Suzanne helped train Oliver but, she has helped us find another puppy to love. Her expertise help us find
a perfect match for our family. Now Oliver has a new Golden Retriever “sister”, Ginger. You might think
having two puppies is overwhelming, but not when you have Suzanne helping you every step of the way. Thanks to Suzanne, having
two puppies to love is just double the fun! Thank you Suzanne for all your guidance." D.B.
Suzanne's love for the dogs comes through in her teaching and concern for a good relationship
between owner and dog. She helped my family greatly with Phoebe." R.D.
When we got Brutus, he was unmanageable. After the 1st week of training with Suzanne, we noticed a dramatic difference.
Brutus is now a compeletly different dog than when we 1st got him. He is obedient, but most importantly, Suzanne has taught
us how to be better owners. We have continued with Suzanne in advanced training because the results have been so good."
C.S.
Suzanne
is a true animal lover! We saw immediate behavior changes after one lesson." R.P.
Suzanne's training was fabulous and exactly what we needed for our sweet, but very large and very active Lab. In addition
to teaching Kobi (and me) the basic commands, she also worked with special concerns at home, like not taking things off the
table, getting into the trach cans, and digging holes outside. Training with Suzanne was a wonderful experience and I would
recommend her program for everyone." P.Y.
